Creative Writing Task:
1. Choose your favourite movie/cartoon character. It could be a hero, a villain, or a supporting character.
2. Think about the character's appearance, personality and actions in the movie/cartoon.
3. Use simple vocabulary and basic grammar structures to describe the character. You must also use the adjectives from ex.4, p.71 in our Student's books.
4. Write a paragraph (5-10 sentences) describing the character. Be creative and use your imagination to bring the character to life on the page.
5. Reply to 1 (or more) of your peers' discussion posts. Choose a character discussed by a peer. Make sure to choose a character that you did not discuss in your own post. In 2-3 sentences, explain why you like or dislike the character. Your reply to your peer will be graded.

My favourite cartoon character is Elsa from the cartoon Frozen. Elsa is a beautiful but lonely queen with long blonde hair and blue eyes. DeleteMy favorite movie haracter Harry Potter. Harry Potter looks like an ordinary boy with black hair, a strange scar from the spell thin build, therefore, seemed smaller than his peers. For this reason, and because no one wanted to argue with Big D gary, no one liked him at school, he was the last to be chosen by teams in games in the PE class, and of course he didn't have any friends. Harry lost his parents early, as many of you know. Therefore, he lived on Privet Street at number 4 with his uncle and aunt. His uncle and aunt were used as slaves. Until Rubius Hagrid took him to Gringotts where Harry saw that he was rich. Harry Potter became a mainstay of resistance against Voldemort's regime. This character is played by Daniel Jacob Radcliffe. The Harry Potter film franchise ran from 2001 to 2011. This is a film adaptation of seven Harry Potter books. He studies at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
My favourite movie character is Daryl from „The walking dead”. Daryl has a strong character. He has short hair but will have long hair in later episodes. I love him because he is brave, intelligent, sociable, clever and courageous. It's all about making friends and surviving the zombie apocalypse. He has arbalest and many arrows and he shoot it well. Daryl has good fighting skills, this helps him to kill quietly. This character is an example for me when we play street games

DeleteMy favourite cartoon character is princess Merida from cartoon BRAVE. Merida has long curly rude hair and blue eyes. She’s strong, courageous, lovable woman. Despite the situation that happened to her ( her mum and little brothers turned to the bear ) she still be very brave and charming character for me. She was able to prove that she don’t need а husband to rule a kingdom. I admire Merida for her personality and actions, she’s a very strong woman that can stand up for yourself. She’s the best cartoon character of all other characters ( in this movie and others ) and she still be my favourite!! Honestly, i kin her and I think she’s has simple personality that have I.

ReplyDeleteOne from my favourite characteres of Films and cartoons is Sherlock Holmes from TV series "Sherlock"2010.
First of all this man is detective.
He is Tall black haird man, that often very serious. He is very charming. But his heart is cold, his mind is manipulative. But still, betwen killing his friend John and own brother he chosed himself. + the moste why I love this character it's bacause he's sarcastic (me too). As I said earlier he have a friend, John Watson (The only friend.He had 1 before, but he was tecnicaly killed by Sherlock's younger sister). His family is older brother Microft, younger sister Ever and his parent's.

DeleteMy favourite cartoon character is Batman. He always wears a black suit and black mask. Also Batman has black cloak behind. As you understood he all in black suits. This is such an image ( in general I could to copy text with «Wikipedia» who actually is hiding under the image «Batman» but I will not this made). Batman this superhero which on the night streets big cities saves people. Batman is a COURAGEOUS, BRAVE, but he always ALONE. He is LONELY. He usually all made himself. This good when you can solve problem himself but if you haven’t friends, live much harder. Ago I think what this him main minus. But he learned was ALONE, ago him not so hard.

DeleteI really like to watch films/series, so it’s hard choice for me. But I think maybe my favorite movie character is Eleven from the teenager’s series Stranger Things. I like her the most in the first season, so I'll tell you how she looked there: Eleven is small, very very cute and brave! She has brown eyes, but no hair. She is special because she has special powers, when girl uses them, her nose bleeds. El hadn’t friends, because she was in the "hospital" and their experiments on her. But she run away and found friends who helped her fight with bad people and monsters. I’m waiting for spring 2024 to finally watch the last season of this series!

DeleteMy favourite movie character is Sponche Bob, and I know it can sound strange. He works in Krusty Krab, and cooks crabsburgers. Sponche is a yellow sponche, he has freakles, but hasn't got hair. He has got best friend Patrick. Sometimes he is so stupid and silly, but always funny and imaginative. But in my opinion it is only for first glance, if we look into his soul, we' ll see that he is so kind, sensitive and helpful, he tries to please everyone, make a friend with everyone and trusts everyone. These he a little bit seems like me.

All his life, Luke lived on Tatooine with his uncle and aunt, all his life he tried to fly away from this provincial planet, but did not even suspect who he was until he met two droids R2-D2 and C-3PO, who told Luke that his neighbor Ben was one of the greatest Jedi in the galaxy and that Luke himself was the son of the greatest Jedi Anakin Skywalker.When Luke returned home, he saw that the Imperial stormtroopers had killed his uncle and aunt and now he was left without people close to him. From that moment on, he began to fight the Empire and joined the Rebel Alliance. He was one of the only Jedi in the galaxy after order 66. Luke Skywalker at first thinks that he is a nutty pensioner. Yoda was a member of the Jedi Council, he received this position only when he was a hundred years old. At 600 years old he received the title of Grand Master. The battle with Yoda and Palpatin was so epic, this the battle of two most strong characters in the movie. Despite the height of 66 cm, Yoda stood up in a battle with Palpatine and it ended in a draw. I really love franchise “Star Wars”!

My favourite movie character is Hulk.
The Incredible Hulk isn’t like the other superheroes.
He wears green and purple clothes.
He is a scientist, who changes into a monster when he gets angry.
The Hulk looks like a monster but acts like a hero.
He doesn’t want to hurt people and he doesn’t talk.
He is a good person but people are afraid of him.
People hunt him and try to kill him but he still helps them.
I admire Hulk for his courage and strength.
He is a true inspiration to me.
My one favorite character is Joy from the cartoon "Thoughts Inside Out". When I first saw this cartoon, I was really afraid for Joy. When they were`t in the control post but in the memory warehouses they had a lot of danger. They really meet with danger because Ralli could not live with Joy. I sat for a long time and thought about my favorite character and remember this cartoon because in my opinion it most vividly showed the main character who was able to pull a stalemate from its feet to its head.

My favourite characters is Star Butterfly from "Star VS The Forces of Evil". She is princess of Myuni. She has long blonde hair, pale skin and pink hearts on her cheeks. DeleteMy favorite cartoon character is Amity Blight from the Owl house. She is the one of best friends of Luz (The main character). In the first season, she had green hair, but now she has light-purple hair. Also, she has pointed ears, because she is an elf.
ReplyDeleteAmity was aggressive and cold, because she had bad relations with her mother. But Luz helped her, and she changed herself into a very kind and caring person. Amity always supports Luz and other friends, so this is one of many reasons why I like her.
My favourite movie character is Spider-Man(Peter Parker, Tom Holland) from the movie "Spider-Man: No Way Home". He has got a dark hair and dark brown eyes, for me he is very handsome. He is very brave person who saves people from the danger. He always wears a spider`s costume so people don`t reveal him. He can only take off his suit in front of his friends Ned and Michelle "MJ". Although the ending of this film is so sad, when in one moment all people forgot Peter and he haven`t even tried to explain who is he.
