Creative Writing:

“Cheating is powerfully instructive and personally harmful. Cheating to get out of doing school work or to get ahead teaches you to treat yourself like a sneak, a liar, and a thief”. How do you understand this quote? Do you agree? Maybe disagree? Have you ever cheated at school? Is cheating OK? Why do pupils cheat? What should we do about it?  These are the questions you have to answer today😊I. Cannot. Wait.

  1. I agree with this quote.
I guess cheating is very tempting, that’s why people cheat so often. And I’m not an exception. I guess I could find a hundred excuses, but it’s still a lie. It’s about many things. For instance, getting grades that are not deserved or pretending to be a perfect student. I don’t know why people are trying to be perfect. No one was, is or will be perfect. Isn’t it better to be real? I know it’s not that easy, especially now, but I am a kid that believes in existence of fairness and honesty. Even if I made it up in my head.
Actually, I think we can do nothing with cheating. It depends on a person and how he/she feels about it. It’s about being honest with yourself. I believe that we should treat people the way we want to be treated. So if you cheat, be ready to be cheated.

  2. Cheating existed always and everywhere.
Everyone at least once deceived. I do not think that cheating is always bad. Of course, deceiving people is not a way out of the situation, but sometimes cheating is useful. Sometimes, cheating can help you get out of a specific situation without hurting others.
In school, as in a different environment, everyone often deceives both friends and teachers. Sometimes deception remains unnoticed, but there are occasions when a scandal occurs through the disclosure of the truth. Someone deceives not to spoil the reputation. Someone is deceiving so as not to spoil their ratings. Everyone has its own reason.
I believe that the main thing is not to lose oneself among deceptions.

  3. I don’t totally agree with this statement. Yes, we can’t deny that cheating isn’t a way to study better, but it’s a way to get better marks. For many pupils opening something new for themselves at school isn’t as important as numbers in their report cards. Sad but true.

We can’t be perfect but we need. All this pressure by parents and teachers make us cheat and find different ways to life easier. Usually tasks are useless but you need to do it anyway. So why you can’t simply cheat and don’t make effort?

I’m not a moralist and I don’t care about how it’s unfair. If people from above want us to know everything (but it’s impossible), take a big numbers of tests, work hardly for... I don’t know for what... and spend all time studying things, we will never use, why we can’t merely cheat?

It’s up to person what to study and how. It’s his/her decision. I confess, I often cheat. Sometimes because I’m not prepared, sometimes because I’m afraid of low mark. But until I’m not caught, it won’t count. I understand, it can’t help me to pass my ZNO well, but I can nothing to do. Honestly, I try to learn some subjects by hard, but I often have not enough time.

Owing to school, we know how to survive and take in perfectly in this world.

P.S. Don’t put a blame on me, please, I tried to be honest🙂

I'm not going to put blame on you. Actually, I think that teachers, parents, students and our whole educational system bear some of the blame for the cheating mentality that we have at our schools:((( But, still I have a question to you - what will you feel if your teacher cheats and doesn't bother to check and grade your test you've prepared for weeks but instead just put you 6 or 7 points?

    2. I'll be kinda confused. Then I will ask the teacher why I have this mark and will try to prove my answers)
The truth is, I never spend too much time to do my homework, hence I'm ready to be disappointed.
But I know teachers in our school who put random marks (fortunatly, they don't teach my class) and they find it OK. But it's their job - teach us and estimate our knowledge, basing on our answers, tests etc.

    4. Why I can do both things at the same time? I think, there are different ways of cheating and some of them isn't bad. Yes, of course, if you just copy-paste without analizing what you're writing, it'll be not good. But when you simply forget some formula or how to write few words, it won't be a crime to peep it (and you usually memorize it better). Nevertheless, my point is that you should see not only the bad side of cheating at school

  4. I don't totally agree with this quote.
In our harsh world, a lot of people want to be the best. For my age, you are successful if you are a good student. But sometimes it is impossible to be an excellent student when every day you have different subjects and tons of homework. Especially when we are talking about the subjects which you will never use in your life.
If we are speaking about cheating, I think it is OK to cheat on some progress test or something like that. My aim is that you won't become smarter after this test. But I am sure that student should know all material he/she needs. And to say the truth it's not so easy to cheat sometimes. For some subjects, you have to prepare different stuff which can help you with your test. In some rare situations, you can even solve your exam at home and do it one more time in class. Is it cheating - no. And when some lazy students who are used to get bad marks tell you that you are a cheater and the next lesson ask you for help (because they know that you are always prepared) it is a bit disappoints.
In opinion when you know how to cheat in a proper way it can be a really good skill for your future life.

For the second comment: I am 1000% sure that my dentist cheated on his tests, just because they are almost useless. Most of his knowledge he got after university on practice lessons.

  5. I understand this quote like your warning to us. 😇To tell you the truth, there's no doubt that each person cheats in this day and age. As for me, the worst thing about it is lying to yourself that you do know the subject and you can cope with it without cheating. 🤥We should realise how good we are at the particular subject.

Personally, I think if pupils understand this, it won’t be a big deal to cheat (well, I hope you won't kill me for those words the next day :D). In our country it's extremely hard to be a good student because of the immense amount of stuff we should know. And the worst thing is that we probably won't use it anyway. So that's why we cheat and that's why we don't consider this as a bad thing. We are just trying to survive in this cruel world. I agree that generally cheating is bad not only for our knowledges but also for our personalities.

On the other hand, with our system of education it's unreal not to cheat. And of course I do cheat and I don't keep it back! 😈If teachers don't want to find us dead because of exhaustion and sleep deprivation, they should accept this.

Nevertheless, I'm trying hard to be good at my ZNO subjects and I'm not going to learn anything else during this last year of school. So what can we do about it is to change our system completely. Only after that pupils will be able to change their attitude towards education.

As to №3, my point is - if you have teachers who cheated during their study (doesn't matter theoretical or practical part), you will have teachers without knowledge of their subjects, without knowledge of psychology and methodology. And I don't believe that a person will become a good professional in his/her sphere if cheating has become a habit for him/her:)

  6. I don’t totally agree with this statement.
There are a lot of people in the world. Everyone has his/her own skills. But nobody cares about what we can or can't, what we need, want to learn and what not. Parents and teachers make us learn all school program and I don't blame them. But it's one of the reasons why students cheat.
Of course cheating is personally harmful and it's not OK. Every teacher knows that cheating is an indication that a student hasn't learned something that he must learn. To tell the truth, cheating make students more stupid. But I think this fact is obvious for students in 11th grade and it doesn't mean that they don't cheat. Why? Because we can't know everything. As for me and, I think, for everyone in my class it's more important to be prepared for future ZNO testing and sometimes students don't have time to study absolutely everything. So we get our priorities right and spent more time preparing to future exams. But good marks is also important for students so they start to cheat. Sad but true.
Have I ever cheated at school? Yes. But not during English lessons (C:), because I'm interested in learning English language and I have a good teacher that always made lesdons more interesting( and it's not a flattery! It's truth!! ).
That's why it's hard to figure out just a negative side of cheating.

Everybody always cheated, cheats and will cheat. Obviously. Our world is so competitive, and our desire to be better than someone, to be greater than someone thinks or just don’t strain your ass wins over ignoring others opinions or making efforts just to prove that you’re really the best. Of course, cheating is bad thing, but so tempting. By cheating people can take away place or thing from a person who really deserves that. And I think even understanding this, people will keep on doing it. Cheating is not political, not public or family problem, it’s human nature. It’s on our tongue.
I think pupils are cheating because they don’t have another way. By cheating you’ll get good marks, then you will go to good university, get a diploma and of course will find high-paying job. That is how parents think and try to impose opinion on their children. And being under pressure, you have no choice. I’m not talking about every parents, but in most cases situation is like that. And of course in most cases these children end up being some office lurker without dreams, creativity or attempts to change something. And another thing why pupils are cheating is that heaving bad marks for teachers(not every) and for mentality of people means that you’re stupid and you won’t achieve success. And those who have low marks endure humiliations and teachers want to make them at the same level as “good” ones.
I think to stop cheating we need to stop thinking about others. By ignoring the world, you can make it in this world. People need to be taught from the childhood that if you want something, you should do your best to achieve it be your own strength, patience and attempts. Nothing in this world was made without efforts and mistakes. So it’s okay to be wrong and to lose. But we’re afraid of this. That is way cheating is exist. If we want to stop it, we must change humanity, what is impossible actually…for now.
So until then, just try to relax and live with dreams.

    1. So, as far as I understand, your point is that students value a mark far more that they value actual learning??? They aren't interested in being educated, they are interested in receiveing a diploma that makes it look as if they have been educated????

You know me too well to understand that I totally disagree with you:))) I've already said that I believe that we can make a difference. It's about all the participants of the educational process. It's about our educational system that must stop treating pupils like sources of data to be mined:) It's about being YOU! Like Sonya B. said: 'Isn’t it better to be real? "

      Delete
    3. Yes, I think pupils value more their marks. Because they are not inteseted in subject and ton of materials they should learn. Our system devide students on excellent pupils and not really good ones and reproach those who doesn't have the highest mark. Pupils are getting used to being tired of school and all process of studying. Most people in our country don't appreciate their diplomas because they don't do occupational work. Of course I'm not talking about professions which really need degree such a doctor or a pilot etc. But, if to be honest, in our country even those professions don't arouse a trust. And I didnt make it up, it's a experience of reality. People don't appreciate an education. They are interested more in getting diploma to find a job(as in most cases job needs qualifications like having a higher education, and believe me, if this qualification didn't exist, people even wouldn't go to university)

  8. To be completely honest, cheating is the essential part of a regular student in Ukraine. To prove that, find me at least one person who had never cheated at school. Not the easiest task, right? But to understand the role of cheating as a widespread phenomenon, we need to find out the reason that makes cheating so tempting.

To begin with, cheating can provide you with good marks, but at the same time worsen your knowledges in some subject. Cheating creates an illusion if being an expert in particular subject, but in reality it is nothing but self-deception.

Building on from the idea that cheating harmful for your own knowledges, this section illustrates that cheating is also a bad thing to do if you want to have a good relationship with your teacher, based on trust and respect to each other.
By cheating, you can mislead your teacher, who actually think that you're worth of his or her trust. But we perfectly know, that one day the truth will be revealed one day. And then, no one will trust you again. So, think twice, before doing something.

However, another angle on this debate shows that cheating could be useful if you cheat on a subject which won't be useful for you at all. Then, you won't definitely spend all your time preparing for some useless test or even subject. Even more, nowadays students in Ukraine are so occupied with tons of homework and various projects that sometimes cheating is the best solution to save your precious time.

Taking everything into account, I can say that cheating is nor good, nor bad. Therefore I can say that this quote is not completely right. But we have to understand that every our decision matters. So try to be honest with yourself and everyone around you.

I wish every teenager was told that there there is no equality in the world. And I am completely disagree with this quote!
Every person has different needs, wishes and dreams about future profession. So we should stop treat an unique and untypical personality like something strange and unusual. But schools program (I am talking about our country) requires to be quiet and do the same staff as other pupils do. It is okay when someone wants to study advanced biology instead of typing programs for computers. But still you have to study all subjects even if you don’t want to. In this case cheating helps students when they are concerned about their future but they don’t want to study certain subjects just because this knowledge will be useless for student’s future life.
Also cheating is useful skill. You need to be smart and tricky to cheat successfully. This qualities are inestimable, aren’t they?

I am totally agree with this quote. Cheating is instructive because gaps in your knowledge will influence on you in the future. Imagine, that you had been cheating in school, then in
university, and when you apply for a job, you don't really know what to do. When you cheated a lot, you start to think, that cheating is OK, there is nothing bad cheating on exam or somewhere else. Therefore, cheating in school can provoke cheating through your whole life. You become a liar, and, first of all, you lie to yourself. As for me, I cheat sometimes, but I don't proud of it, and even feel guilty. Of course, cheating is a problem, because it causes bad consequences. Also, cheating puts you at an unfair advantage. In my opinion, the first reason pupils cheat
is because they are lazy. It is easier to cheat then to learn homework. The second
reason is because they want to get better mark. Competing among classmates, trying
to prove that you are the best, you are using all methods, including cheating.
Somebody cheats because he scare of his parents. I think, that the main idea that have to
be shared to prevent cheating is that mistakes in your answer sheet can show
you what you need to study better to fill and structure all skills and knowledge you
got in determined period of time.

  11. I think everyone in their life has cheated, acted dishonestly for their own benefit. Perhaps there is no person who would always did everything honestly and told only the truth. When we lie to each other we all have our motives. For example, if to speak about school, pupils often cheat teachers: not doing homework, copy off their test.... Why this occurs?

In the modern world all people don’t have enough time. I think this is the main reason why students don’t do all tasks. Of course, there are students who simply laziness to teach something and easier to write off in someone. I think that cheating in school isn’t good. But it's kind of necessary in some situations or subjects(like chemistry or biology). Of course we should try to teach all the subjects, but to make more efforts to study subjects that are need to pass ZNO.

So cheating in school is a kind of “way to survive”. But we shouldn’t do it on subjects which will need you in life or on the exam.

I agree with this quote. I think cheating is bad for the person who cheats.
Majority of students want to have more free time to go out with friends, play computer games and so on. They are too lazy to concentrate on the things they have to learn, and they aren't interested in most of subjects.
To be honest, l cheat a lot, but only on subjects which I think I don’t need, like chemistry, biology , physics and a couple of others. I suppose I have basic knowledge of these subjects and it’s enough for me. But I never cheat on lessons that I need for the future like Math ,English and Ukrainian language. Now I think more about good certificate and grades.
I guess it's not good to deceive the teacher and pretend that you got more knowledge that you really have .
To sum up, I want to say that we have to be more honest with ourselves and with other people.

  13. My understanding of this quote is about something bad and forbidden in our school life. I agree with quote because if you are just fully copied the work you can't improve your mind in this theme, test or homework. You don't get enough understanding about how and where to use this information. But cheating sometimes goes good for you. If you can't do some test, which you don't need professionally, you can cheat and have more time for needed lessons, practice and also sleep more longer)
But you don't need to cheat if you know, basically how to do it. Just adding a few logic and pactice in it, and wow, you got new ideas, or maybe new methods to solve problems. Cheating is a way for mind-weak persons or for someone who hasn't time. Some people just do cheating and cheating every day. If they get some really hard information, they don't read, only finding some way to hack system, or find in Internet.
So this is a hard question of need for cheating. Sometimes you want it, after it you feel happy and dont worrying, but after you feel depression and despair. Of course you got it if you cheat, but if you don't, you will have pain in head, circles under eyes and however, feel depression and despair. Sometimes madness.
Thanks for reading, see you soon.

  14. I'm disgree with this quote, not totally, but in general. I've studies almost 11 years at school in Ukraine and i can't say that cheating it's something bad. Getting good marks - it's the reason, why we cheating. We don't really need them, but nowadays it's rate of our studying.

Our system of education is not perfect, let's say. In school we get basic knowledge. But, you can't convince me that information "How does the main character looks like in the fair story "The hunters and the hunted" by Ivan Bahriany" is absolutely useless. But we have to remember him/her appearence. It's really nonsence. And you agree with me, i know it. Another example, if i don't want to become a doctor, i don't have to know how does body's cell fuction. Even adult people say that children don't have to learn it. We can't remember everything. Moreover, i could spend this time to study smth different and usefull for me.

To tell the truth, i'm trying not to cheat on lessons which i need in future and which i need to pass. But even if i do it, i understand that i must learn material which i don't know. And i don't think that i do something wrong, that i have to stop cheating. I don't feel shame, let alone guilty. Futhermore, i don't think that i'll become liar and sneaky person because of cheating.
    Something like this...

If students don't need to study Biology or Chemestry, why to bother? Just don't study, don't cheat and get the marks you deserve:)) Why not? Why to be a liar? It's still lying, no matter how hard we are trying to deny it and persuade ourselves otherwise))

As to the complicated educational program... yes, you know me too well to understand my point of you:))) ... BUT what's really important for me here is that deep, deep inside you understand that cheating it NOT good. Otherwise this Creative Writing doesn't make any sense... and our country doesn't have future and is doomed if the young and progressive generation believes that cheating is a good skill and not a harmful habit.

    2. My class teacher thinks that i'm straght A student, she said that i deserve it. And now in the end of each semester i have to retake some tests to get high grades, 'cause golden medal is waiting for me. But i don't need it at all. Of course i could have said "NO", but then she just called to my parents and torture them. They don't really like to listen to her and i hate when she does it. The problem is that she is so stubborn and nobody can convince her. That is why cheating is the easiest way how to not to study some subjects. Moreover, during my tests, when i cheat, i have to find right answers, it means that i have to open a few sites or book and analyse them and by this way i can learn at least something.
Is it better than just do nothing? I don't think so.

  15. I don’t fully agree with this quote, maybe just partly. I am cheating almost every day except Saturday and Sunday, it sounds bad, but it’s not.

I am cheating on chemistry or ecology, for example. Because for me this subjects - useless, and the teacher understands that I have no need of these subjects. And I don’t keep in secret from the teacher that I’m cheating and I am not trying to learn these subjects, so why should I feel that I’m lier? Also you could say «If you don't need to study the subjects, just don't study and don't cheat, you can get marks that you deserve», yes I can, but why I should, if I have an opportunity to get better mark instead of mark that I deserve. I am really grateful to such teachers for saving my time. So that is why I don’t threat myself like a sneak, a lier, and a thief. I am a human, and I don’t know someone who will refuse such an offer, to save your time and not to get bed mark.

I agree that cheating is powerfully instructive and personally harmful. I think that it is very stupid to cheat on subjects that are important for you, and personally, I should say that I am stupid) I would better not cheating again, however sometimes I think that it’s impossible. But as they say, people learn from their mistakes. I understand that there are subjects, important for my future, at least for entry into a university, and I am not eager to cheat on them, because it can cause «holes» in my knowledges, which can be very harmful for me and my future.

Also I am often use my calculator on math, because it’s to much math in my life, and it’s can be a simple example why pupils cheating, they just to tired to do something a lot of times, again and again, that is why I don’t like our system of education( Sometimes I think, that people from the department of education want us dead.

What should we do about it? -Quarantine, let us rest)) But if really, I don’t know, maybe - nothing, it is so hard to change something about it(

    1. As to the first two paragraphs... sad story... Really. Really. Sad. Thank you for your honesty. I'll just say that I can understand why you are doing what you are doing, but if I were your teacher of Ecology, Chemistry or whatever "you don't need in life", I'd behave in a different way. I think that teachers, parents, students and our whole educational system bear some of the blame for the cheating mentality that we have at our schools. And you know me too well to understand that I wouldn't give up so easily... I'll explain myself later if you want to:)))

"... Sometimes I think, that people from the department of education want us dead..." Maybe they just don't realise what's going on at our schools and how difficult life for students can be if they really try to achieve good results. But, you know, what really bothers me is the fact that you give in sooooo easily... And, as I've already commented above what's really important for me here is that deep, deep inside you understand that cheating it NOT good. Otherwise this Creative Writing doesn't make any sense... and our country doesn't have future and is doomed if the young and progressive generation believes that cheating is a good skill and not a harmful habit.

"... What should we do about it? But if really, I don’t know, maybe - nothing, it is so hard to change something about it(" - Totaly disagree. We could make a difference, if we tried harder(((

    2. Well, as I promised, I have a few questions to you:)

What will you feel if your teacher cheats and doesn't bother to check and grade your test you've prepared for weeks but instead just put you 6 or 7 points?

Will you sit in a dentist's chair if you know that he cheated on his/her tests and exams?

Would you like to have a teacher of English, who cheated on his/her exams and tests???????

How would you feel on a plane if you knew that your pilot had cheated in his flight school???

      Delete
  16. To be honest, I think that cheating is a big problem. But I can do anything with that, because our course our educational system, out community make me and other people do unethical thinks in their daily life.
Of course, nobody want to be a cheater, but everybody want to be the best of the best. To my mind, the desire to be the better than others is a typical behavior for people in and the modern world. Nevertheless, it is impossible. Especially when you are at school. There are so many subjects to do, so you just can’t be the best in everything. So a decision of a typical student is usually cheating.
But how to avoid this? As far as I’m concerned, a real problem is in our mentality. And now I’m not talking about Ukrainians, I’m talking about relationship between generation in the world. A typical parents don’t give an opportunity to their child to be just a small daredevil, who love exploring the world. Moreover, they often expect big achievements from their child. But small children just want to be heard and feel that their parents love them.
So, as you can understand, the idea of being the best can be harmful to everybody and cause cheating among people. To my mind,it is extremely important to change our approach to education of future generation both at home and at school.
Anyway, there are other reasons for cheating. One of them is that everybody do it. Actually some researches say that if somebody from your own in-group cheats and we see them cheating, we feel it’s more appropriate to behave this way. And how to cope with this? My favorite quote says: “ begin with yourself and you will change the world”. So it’s a great idea to begin with yourself, isn’t it( however, nobody want to do this))
To sum up, I want to tell you about me. Of course, I’m not perfect. And of course, I am cheating like others. And I find it’s right to cheat, when you know that, for example, some subjects will be unnecessary in your future. What is more, I think it’s awful to spend time on things that are useless, when you can improve the skills that you really need. I think that if I had an opportunity to study what I like in some creative ways, I would really enjoy that process of discovering something new and wouldn’t cheat(But who knows?))

  17. I completely disagree with this quote. So, I do not think that cheating makes you a bad person. You cheat for your own benefit. Your aim is to get a high mark and nothing else. Personally, I do not see anything bad with this.
Unlike my classmates, I cheat and I do not hide it. When I read their essays, I was very upset because my classmates were doing nothing but self-deception. They say that cheating is bad, but nevertheless they cheat every day. If you think this is bad and you feel guilty at the same time, then just stop doing this. Why do you write now that it is bad and at the same time you continue to cheat? First of all, you are deceiving yourself and then deceive the teacher . So do me a favour, if you cheat, then do not lie to yourself and to all people around you.

  18. Now cheating is very popular in school. But why?? Because the school can not give a good motivation for children to study for themselves and not for their marks. Most are simply afraid of getting a bad grade because they know that it is for them that teachers and parents violate them. In another situation, the children simply understand that they do not need this lessons. For example, if a child goes to law faculty, why does he need to know what the onion looks like under a microscope or what valence is in hydrogen. You understand that it makes no sense to teach and that you would not just spoil your assessment of the certificate. On the other hand, if you are not able to cheating, and every time the teacher finds that you have cheating it is better to learn because in this way you will lose confidence. I think that the students would not cheating it is necessary to give more knowledge that will be useful to them in the future. In this way, the children will know that how they know this material will depend on their future life, they will learn everything themselves and not cheating.

  19. I'm disagree with this statement. Because you know many of our subjects are useless, and cheating on it to get good point its ok. Of course there is some usefull subjects like English, PE etc. English usefull because it is international language. PE usefull for our health(i don't know how we can cheat on PE but still). And there is many useless subjects like biology, math, geometry, physics and etc. Wich are won't help us in future but we can get 12 points for this subject than get almost free 10 points for our entering in university. It's the only way we can use these subjects. I know that you wan't agree with me but it's my point of
    view.

  20. In my opinion, you shouldn’t believe anyone in the world.
Cheating does our life easier, but not always. To my mind, our mentality got lies like everyday routine. For many people It’s normal to cheat your mom, your teacher and your friend. It’s normal to be taken in and I really afraid of it.
I can split cheating on three types.
Firstly, cheating in our school life. Today in a school we got big pressure by teachers, lessons, homework and patents. We haven’t enough time to do all homework, learn all subjects, that’s why the most easier to learn only subjects which you need for your exams, and cheat by different ways with another subjects.I think that teacher understand it,but you must be really careful with it.
Secondly, lie to your friends. I think its the worth one, because, its very painful to be cheated by your friend,I know it from my experience. Now I understood, that any truth better then sweet lie.
Thirdly, lies for good. It means that you cheat to make any situation easier, and find solution of a problem faster.
Lies is very harmful but sometimes useful thing, but I hate it. I’m sticking point, that any truth better than lies. Wish you not to l be deceitful.

  21. To start with, I think that if the system of education in Ukraine was normal there was much less situations of cheating. Children need to learn much more than they really need, and they just don`t have enough time to learn everything. As I think, if to remove certificate influence on our university admission, cheating will become useless.Everyone will start learning those think that he/she needs.
Have you ever cheated at school?Of course! Why?Because, if to take for example biology, I don`t need it at all.I need a good mark but I`m too lazy to study such useless subject so I am just cheating on it.Is it OK? Yes.Because students in 11th grade spend almost all their time preparing for ZNO and it is really stupid to spend time for useless subjects. As I think its even better to spend this time for hobby to relax.
But cheating is not good in all situations. For exaple. if someone cheating to get a job, it will be a bad worker.Because,as I think, if someone like some job he won`t be cheating to get it.So this kind of cheating make a bad workers.Cheating is also harm your mind. When you start cheating, you are taking less information to your brains. But I think if you are cheating, this information is useless for you.
To conclude, I think if to cheat in some non important situations it`s not so bad.

  22. I understand this as a call for the fact that we were, first of all, honest with ourselves. By deceiving, we are no better than liars. It is also necessary to analyze the situation in which you had to cheat in order to avoid such errors. Fraud is bad.

I don’t totally agree with this statement. Today everyone has ever had to cheat. Circumstances force us to do this. We have to choose between getting a bad grade, but doing the right thing, or writing off and getting a good grade.

The first time I started to cheat on geography. I honestly wrote tests, but the material was completely uninteresting and it became more and more. My grades got worse. But many began to write off, getting good grades. I also tried fraud and I did it. I got a good rating. Over time, I began to write off in other subjects, which in the future had a negative impact on my academic performance. Fraud was harmful to me.

In most situations, fraud is bad, but there are exceptions.

World is not fair. In order to seem better than others, people have to use all the possibilities, including fraud. Often, people just want to avoid useless work and save their time.

We must try to change something in our world. First you need to at least try to cheat as little as possible. This will help change the world for the better.

  23. I’m totally agree with this quote. I think that cheating is not good. It really makes us feel like a liars but I think it’s unreal to finish school with good marks(which we need for enter to University) without cheating in Ukraine. I think that we need to change the educational system to correct this. Nowadays pupils in Ukraine are too busy, they have got a lot of subjects that have to study well and deeply. To have all knowledges according to educational programs is unreal and impossible that ‘s why some pupils are cheating to get better marks.
As for me I’m cheating almost every day now and I know that it’s not OK. But I also know when I will enter to University I’ll stop doing it because I want to become a professional in my sphere.
We should lessen quantity of school subjects, divide them into groups due to children’s interests and plans for future to change this situation and stop cheating at school.
All in all I believe that in the future my children won’t have to cheat and I will do all that I can for this.

  24. Most of cheating is deceiving your mind and a try to adapt to environment(not always successful). So in terms of studying, most of cheating ends up with simply copying answers done by another person. But every action human have done has a reason, no matter if made unconsciously or on purpose. In my humble opinion, people essentially cheat because they want to ease their life in any available way.
At school, pupil cheat cause of excessive volume of homework or in order to get better marks as a main goal of studying. Yet, I think, it’s fault of our educational system that students appreciate marks over knowledge. Also, thanks to our education, pupil receive lots of unnecessary information, that won’t be used in pupil’s profession.
Although, cheating can make gaps in our knowledge, cheating is better than doing nothing at all because small chunks of knowledge remain in your disdainful head. Moreover, if pupil are not interested at this subject, he obliged to do each and every task that teacher gives.

    Sorry for inappropriate timing.

I do not fully agree with this statement. I think that cheating is not very bad. In our time, almost every teenager deceived the teachers. Why we cheating? More often, just for the sake of a good assessments. Almost every day I'm cheating for good mark and I can not do anything about it .For example, physics. I find this subject useless and the Teacher understands this.

I find it stupid to deceive the necessary subjects. But sometimes I do it.For example the formula in mathematics. Sometimes it is very lazy to remember the formula and have to look at the Internet.

So sometimes cheating can help save time.

  26. In my opinion cheating is relatively bad, why is it relative? Because this is useful in those subjects that are not the most important, but also need to study as profile objects, and profile items in our school are very complex and require time to study and teach other, secondary items, there is no time and effort. Therefore, I believe that chiting is not always as bad as teachers say, but how cheating was not good, I will never understand the people who are trying to use cheating in English
